Here at The DanceXpress, the instructors believe in continuing their own dance education as a way of keeping their teaching fresh, correct, and FUN! We encourage our more serious students to attend workshops, conventions, competitions, and local performances during the season. They have recently performed at area senior centers, participated in several dance competitions, and attended educational workshops
Our studio has 2 large dance rooms with sprung wood dance floors, a large waiting room with viewing windows, plus lots of parking!
The philosophy at The DanceXpress Dance Studio is to teach dance in a caring, attentive, and positive setting. We strive to be a safe haven for children to grow in their dance abilities. Our goal is to develop a student's progress through proper technique, terminology, and supportive guidance. We keep class sizes small so that students are given the attention they need. Dance training has benefits for all ages, even for those who will never have a career in dance. The exercise, self-confidence, and presentational skills are useful throughout life.
